Description
A high quality drum lampshade, handmade in the heart of Yorkshire using a 100% wool fabric made from a Yorkshire based company, Abraham Moon which is one of the last remaining vertical woollen mills in Great Britain with a reputation for consistent quality and innovative design.
Each lamp shade is carefully made with a rolled edge and lined with either a clear lining which is very effective with this fabric design (as seen in the photo) or with white rigid flame retardant PVC which has been tested and passed the glow wire test carried out by the Light Association.
If you would like to have a lampshade made in a different size or to be tapered and maybe accessorised with a pom pom or game bird feathers – some ideas! please do get in contact as we would be delighted to make you a bespoke lampshade, unique for you.
♥ Can be used on table or floor lamp bases
♥ Made with a 40mm European ring fitting – an adaptor for 29mm UK fittings is also included
♥ Recommended bulb: LED bulbs
♥ Be sure when you are ordering the size of your lamp shade that you take the correct measurements before purchasing; a few tips when choosing the size of your table lamp shade:
♥ The lampshade width, should be a similar to the height of the lamp base
♥ The height of the lampshade should be approximately two thirds the height of the lamp base
♥ The lampshade should also be wider than the widest section of your lamp base
♥ All lampshades are made to order and take 2-3 weeks from payment
