Raffia is a natural fibre extracted from the raffia (raphia) palm tree, which grows in tropical regions .\u00a0 The raffia tree has long leaves that can grow to 60ft and these can be sun dried so they turn beige the natural colour raffia as we know \u2013 the raffia fibres are soft and pliable and lends itself as an excellent craft material.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\n\u2665 The height of the lampshade should be approximately two thirds the height of the lamp base
\n\u2665 The lampshade should also be wider than the widest section of your lamp base
